Phoebe the Realtor Pup is a real dog and a deliberate communication tool.

Phoebe is a 4-pound merle Yorkshire Terrier owned by Raylene Lewis, REALTOR® with NextHome Realty Solutions BCS. Over time, Phoebe became a visual storytelling element used in select educational and brand content to help make real estate information feel less intimidating and easier to absorb.

 

Phoebe’s role is limited to communication support and visual pacing. All real estate expertise, representation, and professional judgment come solely from Raylene.

Why Phoebe The Realtor Pup Exists

Real estate is information-heavy by nature. Contracts, timelines, inspections, pricing strategy, and negotiations can feel overwhelming — even for capable, confident people.

Raylene created Phoebe as a way to soften the delivery of complex information, not to change the substance of it.

Phoebe exists to:

  • Reduce intimidation around unfamiliar processes

  • Signal a calm, conversational tone

  • Help people stay engaged when information feels dense

Phoebe does not simplify the facts.
She helps create space for understanding them.
