Phoebe the Realtor Pup is a real dog and a deliberate communication tool.
Nothing more
Nothing less.
Phoebe is a 4-pound merle Yorkshire Terrier owned by Raylene Lewis, REALTOR® with NextHome Realty Solutions BCS. Over time, Phoebe became a visual storytelling element used in select educational and brand content to help make real estate information feel less intimidating and easier to absorb.
Phoebe’s role is limited to communication support and visual pacing. All real estate expertise, representation, and professional judgment come solely from Raylene.
Real estate is information-heavy by nature. Contracts, timelines, inspections, pricing strategy, and negotiations can feel overwhelming — even for capable, confident people.
Raylene created Phoebe as a way to soften the delivery of complex information, not to change the substance of it.
Phoebe exists to:
Reduce intimidation around unfamiliar processes
Signal a calm, conversational tone
Help people stay engaged when information feels dense
Phoebe does not simplify the facts.
She helps create space for understanding them.
Phoebe represents how Raylene approaches education and communication:
Clarity — information explained plainly and directly
Calm — steady guidance without urgency or pressure
Approachability — permission to ask questions at any stage
Friendliness — warmth without expectation or performance
Phoebe is intentionally neutral and inclusive. She is not an identity marker, a lifestyle signal, or a preference test.
Clients are not expected to like dogs, engage with Phoebe, or relate to her in any personal way.
Phoebe appears selectively across Raylene’s brand as a visual and narrative aid, including:
Illustrated neighborhood introductions
Informational, educational, and lighthearted blog content
Videos explaining how the local market functions
Social media posts focused on clarity rather than hype
Phoebe is not used in all content, and her presence does not define the client experience.
Many materials are delivered without Phoebe at all.
Her role is optional, situational, and supportive — never central to decision-making.
To be explicit:
Phoebe is not a decision-maker
Phoebe does not provide real estate advice
Phoebe does not represent clients or negotiate
All professional authority, market analysis, strategy, and representation are provided by Raylene Lewis.
Phoebe does not appear in contracts, negotiations, pricing discussions, or transactional documentation.
Phoebe supports communication.
Raylene provides the expertise.
Some people prefer charts and data.
Some prefer conversation.
Some benefit from visual pacing that makes information feel less rigid.
Phoebe exists as one way Raylene meets people where they are — without defining who they are, how they think, or what they value.
Whether Phoebe resonates with you or not, the work remains the same:
clear explanations, grounded guidance, and decisions based on real market experience.
Phoebe the Realtor Pup does not determine who belongs, how clients engage, or what decisions are made. She simply helps real estate information feel more human on the way in — while the professionalism stays exactly where it should: with Raylene.
